How long does it take to dry?
For most carpets usually an hour or less. Wool carpets can take up to 6 hours.
Upholstery can take up to 24 hours depending on the material and backing.
Do you need access to water and electric?
Yes. Electric to power our machine and agitator and water to clean the carpets/upholstery.
Will parking arrangements need to be made?
Ideally yes, the closer we can park to front door the better for us.
Can you remove all stains?
No one can totally remove 100% of stains. However most stains we come across we can remove or at least make look a lot better.
Do I need to prepare anything prior to the visit?
We ask for you to move any ornaments, flowers, lamps etc…
Also easy access to the house.
Are the chemicals you use children and pet safe?
Yes our chemicals are safe for children and pets.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured for any damage that may be caused by us.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes there is a minimum spend of £50.
When and how do I pay?
Card or cash on the day to our technician.
Our step by step process
Pre-inspection and set up equipment
High power dry vacuum
Remove any furniture if needed
Attempt to remove any stains
Pre-spray and agitate to achieve best results
Hot water clean and extraction of the carpet
Re-attempt the removal of any remaining stains
Spray down finishing spray to prevent bacteria growth and leave carpets smelling great
Groom the carpet to give the brand new feel to it
Final inspection
Stain Removal
Most stains will come out during our cleaning process. For stains that need special treatment there is a £5+ charge.
